Blue Star Highway in Gadsden County is a two-lane, asphalted main road. The street has partly no sidewalks. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Dunn Road and crosses Faceville Road, Smith Lane, McKeown Road, Betty Jean Court, Fitzsimmons Street, Rice Road, Char-Lo Lane, Old Oaks Road, North Oak Road, Mount Pleasant Cemetery Road and Wood Memorial Drive. It connects Gadsden County and Gretna. This street is part of the highways 90, 12, 10 and Old Spanish Trail from Marianna to Tallahassee (1919) as well as the Bicycle route "90 (Florida)".
