It runs in an east-west direction starting from South 1st Street and crosses Casselberry Drive, Carver Street, Pembroke Place, Hampstead Place, Exmoor Way, Dunkirk Place, South 4th Street, Strathmore Place, 5th Street and South Scenic Highway and ends at East Lorraine Circle. It connects Lake Wales and Polk County. Winston Avenue also exists in Orange County and Santa Rosa County.
