It runs in a north-south direction starting from Bridge of Lions and crosses Gerado Street, Zorayda Avenue, Arredondo Avenue, Matanzas Boulevard, Moultrie Place, Menendez Road, Comares Avenue, Inlet Place, Ocean Way, Ingram Street and White Street East. It connects Saint Augustine, Saint Johns County and Saint Augustine Beach.
