It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from North Yonge Street and crosses Kenilworth Avenue, Wilmette Avenue, Melrose Avenue, West Street, Coquina Avenue, Gamble Avenue, Airport Road, Lowndes Avenue, Wall Avenue, Hull Road and Ormond Grande Boulevard. It connects Ormond Beach and Volusia County. US Highway 1 is also known as North Us Highway 1. This street is part of the highways 1 and 5. US Highway 1 also exists in Brevard County, Indian River County and Flagler County.
