It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Stapler Drive, Memorial Drive, Cedar Drive, Broad Street, Ivy Creek Drive, Jefferson Drive, Mulberry Street, Birch Street, Daisy Lane, Pace Drive and Sunset Drive. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 15, US 441 (GRIP corridor) and 441. Main Street also exists in Hoschton.
