Main Street in Lowndes County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Old Clyattville Road and crosses Pine Street, Clyattville-Nankin Road, Camelia Drive South, Railroad Avenue, Central Street and Madison Highway and ends at Jumping Gulley Road. This street is part of the Bicycle routes US:US 15 and US:US 15. Main Street also exists in College Park, Palmetto, Bogart, Martin and Taylorsville.
