West Marshall Street in Meigs is a secondary road. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Duren Street, Carter Street, North Proctor Street, Rock Street, Wilkes Street and West Railroad Street and ends at East Railroad Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 111 and Dixie Highway from Macon to Thomasville (1919).
