It runs in an east-west direction starting from Bosworth Street and crosses Reese Park, Henrietta Street, East Furlow Street, East Hill Street, Varsity Drive, Wheatley Street, Harris Street, Simmons Street, Tripp Street, Springfield Avenue and Edgewood Drive. Felder Street also exists in Chatham County and Laurens County.
