It runs in a north-south direction starting from North Main Street and crosses East Center Street, West Center Street, East 1st South Street, West 1st South Street, East 2nd South Street, West 2nd South Street and Wilks Lane and ends at Paris Cemetery Road. This street is part of the highway "89". South Main Street also exists in St. Charles.
