College Avenue in Saint Maries is a residential street (also known as North Idaho Medal of Honor Highway). It runs in an east-west direction starting from West College Avenue and crosses South 3rd Street, South 2nd Street, North 1st Street and South 1st Street and ends at East College Avenue. College Avenue is also known as North Idaho Medal of Honor Highway. This street is part of the highways 3 and White Pine Scenic Byway. College Avenue also exists in Cassia County, Clearwater County and Madison County.
