Highway 3 North in Saint Maries is a main road (also known as North Idaho Medal of Honor Highway). It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and ends at South 3rd Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Highway 3 North is also known as North Idaho Medal of Honor Highway. This street is part of the highways 3 and White Pine Scenic Byway.
