Mesa Falls Scenic Byway in Fremont County is a secondary road. It crosses Eccles Road, Wood Road 16, North Hatchery Butte Spur, R E A Road, Wood Road 14, Hatchery Ford Spur 1, Hatchery Ford Spur 2, Pioneer Road, Wood Road 6, Warm River Road and Upper Mesa Falls Road and comes from Idaho Medal of Honor Highway. It connects Fremont County and Warm River. This street is part of the Mountain bike route "Great Divide Mountain Bike Route" as well as the highway "47".
