It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Arizona Street, Clay Street, Elkhart Street, Hancock Street, US Highway 231, Grand Boulevard, Arthur Henry Gibbs Street and Montgomery Street and ends at Union Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. It connects Eagle Creek Township and Winfield Township. East 145th Avenue also exists in Center Township.
