It runs in an east-west direction and crosses River Hills Addition, Northwest 5th Street, Northwest 4th Street, Southwest 4th Street, Northwest 3rd Street, Southwest 3rd Street, Northwest 2nd Street, Southwest 2nd Street, North 1st Street and South 1st Street and ends at East Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. West Main Street is also known as State Highway 44. This street is part of the highways 44 and Western Skies Scenic Byway. Nearby there is a town hall.
