It runs in a north-south direction and crosses East 7th Street, West 7th Street, East 6th Street, West 6th Street, East 5th Street and West 5th Street and ends at South Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. North Main Street is also known as Road L. North Main Street also exists in Neosho Rapids.
