Main Street in Buffalo is a residential street. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses North Street, Depot Street, Buffalo Street, Elm Street, Rock Street, Micro Lite Street, Grand Avenue and Rhodes Street and ends at Fife Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Main Street also exists in New Albany, Neodesha, Coyville and Altoona.
