It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Stony Creek-Blue Licks Spring Road, Fuzzy Bottom Lane, Old Maysville Road, Old Maysville Road 5, Short Stoney Creek Road, Old Maysville Road 4 Connector, Old Maysville Road 4, Suggs Road, Old Maysville Road 3 Connector, Old Maysville Road 3, Old Maysville Road 2 and Old Maysville Road 2 Connector. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Maysville Road is also known as Old Maysville Road. This street is part of the highways 36, 32, 1244, 1455 and 68 as well as the Bicycle routes Bluegrass Bike Tour and 21 (Kentucky). Nearby there is among others a zoo.
