Hal Rogers Parkway in Pulaski County is a two-lane expressway (also known as London Road). It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Whitson Road, James Road, Pine Hill Road, Fire Tower Road, Barnesburg Road, Soul Chapel Road, Pumphouse Road, Jackson Road, Sugar Hill Court, Garner Road, Garner Schoolhouse Road and Ross Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Pulaski County and Somerset. Hal Rogers Parkway is also known as London Road. This street is part of the highways 80, NHS High Priority Corridor 3 and 461. Hal Rogers Parkway also exists in Laurel County, Leslie County and Perry County.
