It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Sparrow Street, Simon Street, Conway Street, Church Street, Emile Verret Road, Sugar Oaks Road, Crofton Street, Estate Drive, Basha Street, Camp Knighton Road, Aggie Lane and Sugartrace Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Loreauville Road is also known as State Route 86. This street is part of the highways 86 and Bayou Teche National Scenic Byway.
