It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Anse Broussard Highway and crosses Degeyter Road, Commercial Park, Latiolais Drive, Caleb Street, Lakes Boulevard, Parkway Road, Tauzin Street, Broussard Street, Claude Street, Armentine Cove and Corporate Boulevard. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Rees Street is also known as State Route 328. This street is part of the highways 328 and Bayou Teche National Scenic Byway.
