Main Street in Blue Hill is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Tenney Hill and crosses High Street, Parker Point Road, Union Street, Water Street, Mill Street, Pleasant Street, Tuckers Lane and Ellsworth Road and ends at East Blue Hill Road. This street is part of the highways 15, 172 and 176. Nearby there is a bank. Main Street also exists in Ellsworth, Cranberry Isles, Winter Harbor, Gouldsboro and Southwest Harbor.
