It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses Solid Waste Dump Road, Harvey Highlands, Village Drive, Morrison Avenue, Hudson Road, Exeter Road, County Road, Bradbury Drive, West Corinth Road, Hob Road and White Schoolhouse Road and ends at Main Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 11, 15 and 43. Main Street also exists in Milford, Old Town, Orono, Bangor and Lincoln.
