It runs in a north-south direction starting from Mill Street and crosses Island Avenue, Waterville Road, West Front Street, Fairview Avenue, Heather Drive, Willow Street, Wyman Street, Green Street and Bloomfield Street and ends at Back Road. This street is part of the highways 201, NHS High Priority Corridor 50, 2 and 104. Main Street also exists in Fairfield, Anson, Madison, Norridgewock and Hartland.
