It runs in a north-south direction starting from US Route 1 and crosses Stoney Ridge Road, Bluestone Lane, Tenney Rose Lane, Hogans Court, Fieldstone Estates Road, Coopers Way, Smalls Way and Back Road and ends at Ridge Road. Old Post Road is also known as Mason Road. Old Post Road also exists in Kittery, Sanford and Arundel.
