It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses Farragut Street, Endicott Street, Dracut Street, University Avenue, Crawford Street, Avon Street, Mount Hope Street, Robert Street, Dunfey Street, Beatrice Avenue and Mount Grove Street and ends at Mammoth Road, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. Seventh Avenue also exists in Chelmsford and Dracut.
