Saint Francis Boulevard in Anoka is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from East Mineral Pond Boulevard and crosses Coolidge Street Northwest, Wilson Street, Dunham Drive, Mc Cann Avenue, McKinley Street, McKinley Street Northeast, State Avenue and Garfield Street West and ends at North Ferry Street. This street is part of the highways 47 and Legislative Route 110. Saint Francis Boulevard also exists in Oak Grove, Ramsey and Nowthen.
