Gunflint Trail in West Cook is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as County Road 12). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses North Gunflint Lake Road, FH 5 Spur 1353, Gunflint Narrows, Round Lake Road, FH 5 Spur 1351, Sea Gull Lake Road, Seagull Lake Access Road, Blankenburg Lane, Island Road, Moose Pond Drive and Saganaga Lake Trail. It ends in a cul-de-sac. Gunflint Trail is also known as County Road 12. This street is part of the highways 12 and Gunflint Trail Scenic Byway as well as the Hiking trail "Border Route Trail".
