State Highway 18 in Garrison is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Lilac Drive, Bobs Road, Monroe Street and POW/MIA Memorial Highway and ends at US Highway 169, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the highways 18 and Constitutional Route 18. State Highway 18 also exists in Nokay Lake Township.
