It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Heideman Avenue, Hopp Avenue, Main Street, Ash Street, Pine Street, Cedar Street and Elm Street and ends at Birch Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. 4th Street is also known as Fourth Street.
