3rd Street North in Bayport is an asphalted secondary road (also known as Corrections Officer Joseph Gomm Memorial Highway). It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 7th Avenue North, Saint Croix Trail North, 6th Avenue North, Argus Square, 5th Avenue North, 4th Street North, 4th Avenue North, 3rd Avenue North, 2nd Avenue North, 1st Avenue North and Central Avenue and ends at 3rd Street South, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. 3rd Street North is also known as Corrections Officer Joseph Gomm Memorial Highway. This street is part of the highways 95 and Saint Croix Scenic Byway. 3rd Street North also exists in Lake Elmo, Lakeland and Stillwater.
