It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from 725-A Road and crosses 647 Avenue, 7th Street, 5th Street, 4th Street, 3rd Street, 2nd Street and 1st Street and ends at Kansas Avenue. It connects Nemaha and Nemaha County. Nebraska Avenue is also known as 725-A Road. Nebraska Avenue also exists in Dundy County, Saunders County and Red Willow County.
