It runs in an east-west direction and crosses South 96th Street, West Lincoln Street, South 99th STreet, South 99th Street, South 102nd Street, Wittmus Drive, South 110th Street, South 111th Street, South 113th Street, South 114th Street, 117th Street and South 120th Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Papillion, Papillion Second I Precinct and Richland I Precinct. Lincoln Road also exists in Bellevue, Bellevue Second IV Precinct and Melia-Forest City Precinct.
