It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Somoza Street and crosses Shady Lane, Orange Street, Grape Street, Hickory Street, Pine Street and Chestnut Street and ends at Custie Avenue. 2nd Street also exists in Mosquero, San Juan County, Santa Fe County, Mora County and Union County.
