Bobcat Bite Burger
The legendary Bobcat Bite burger, ranked #12 in the Alex Richman's "The 20 Hamburgers You Must Eat Before You Die" article. This is the only burger I've eaten who's patty resembles the meat masterpieces I cook up at home, both in terms of rareness and the quality of the chuck used. It's one of the best hamburgers I've had outside of my living room, and I'll be going back again every time I'm in Santa Fe. The green chile was a reliable New Mexico touch, and really complimented the burger. The whole building should be plated in gold and the cooks should sleep in hyperbaric chambers to extend their working lifespan. Michele couldn't finish her cheeseburger and I snacked on the remaining half the next day.
