Old Mill Road in Stokes County is an asphalted residential street (also known as State Road 1175). The street has no sidewalks. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Flat Rock Road and crosses Mazies Lane and Tillotson Road and ends at Volunteer Road. Old Mill Road is also known as State Road 1175. This street is part of the Horse route "Sauratown Trail" as well as the Hiking trails Sauratown Trail and Mountains-to-Sea Trail: Segment 7. Old Mill Road also exists in Bertie County, Chowan County, Alleghany County, Ashe County and Beaufort County.
