It runs in a north-south direction starting from 33rd Street Southeast and crosses 35th Street Southeast, 36th Street Southeast, 37th Street Southeast and 38th Street Southeast and ends at 40th Street Southeast. It connects Alta Township and Cuba Township. 123rd Avenue Southeast also exists in Baldwin Township, Thordenskjold Township, Noltimier Township and Norma Township.
