It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 35th Street Southeast, 38th Street Southeast, 40th Street Southeast, 41st Street Southeast, 43rd Street Southeast, 44th Street Southeast, 46th Street Southeast, 47th Street Southeast, 48th Street Southeast and 50th Street Southeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Alta Township, Cuba Township, Nelson Township and Oakhill Township. 120th Avenue Southeast also exists in Baldwin Township, Thordenskjold Township and Grand Prairie Township.
