It runs in a north-south direction starting from 12th Street Southeast and crosses 16th Street Southeast, 17th Street Southeast, 19th Street Southeast, 20th Street Southeast, 21st Street Southeast, 22nd Street Southeast, 24th Street Southeast, 25 Street Southeast, 26th Street Southeast and 27th Street Southeast and ends at County Road 5. It connects Dows Township, Erie Township and Empire Township. 148th Avenue Southeast also exists in Wheatland Township, Watson Township and Gill Township.
