It crosses 114th Avenue Northwest, Stone Johny Road, 111th Avenue Northwest, East Highland, 122nd Avenue Northwest, Beaver Creek Road, 116th Avenue Northwest, Main Street South, United States Highway 85 Business, Whitetail Lane, 12th Street Southeast and 123rd Avenue Northwest and ends in a cul-de-sac. It connects McKenzie County, Watford City and Four Bears Segment. This street is part of the highways 23 and Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Auto Tour Route.
