It runs in a north-south direction and crosses 1st Avenue, 29th Street Northwest, State Highway 53, 16th Avenue Northwest, 27th Street Northwest, 15th Avenue Northwest, 26th Street Northwest, 21st Street Northwest, 20th Street Northwest, 19th Street Northwest, 18th Street Northwest and 17th Street Northwest. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects McLean County and Ruso. State Highway 41 is also known as 15th Avenue Northwest. This street is part of the highways 53 and 41. State Highway 41 also exists in Burleigh County and McHenry County.
