It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Feeney Drive, 59th Street Southeast, 60th Street Southeast, 63rd Street Southeast, 64th Street Southeast, 65th Street Southeast, 66th Street Southeast, 67th Street Southeast, 68th Street Southeast, 69th Street Southeast, 70th Street Southeast and 71st Street Southeast. It connects Liberty Township, Big Bend Township, Casey Township and Enderlin. This street is part of the highway "55" as well as the Hiking trail "North Country National Scenic Trail (ND)". 136th Avenue Southeast also exists in Aliceton Township.
