It runs in a north-south direction starting from 78th Street Southeast and crosses State Highway 13, 80th Street Southeast, 81st Street Southeast, 82nd Street Southeast, 83rd Street Southeast, 84th Street Southeast, 85th Street Southeast, 86th Street Southeast, 87th Street Southeast, 88th Street Southeast and 89th Street Southeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Center Township, Summit Township, LaMars Township and Devillo Township. 175th Avenue Southeast also exists in Dwight Township, Abercrombie Township and Eagle Township.
