It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from 140th Avenue Southeast and crosses 9th Avenue, 8th Avenue, 7th Avenue, 6 1/2 Avenue, 6th Avenue, 5th Avenue, 4th Avenue, 3rd Avenue, 2nd Avenue, 1st Avenue and 80th Street Southeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Milnor and Milnor Township. This street is part of the highway "10". Main Street also exists in Cayuga, Denver Township, Brampton Township and Kingston Township.
