State Highway 9 in Stutsman County is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road (also known as 6th Street Southeast). It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 72nd Avenue Southeast, 73rd Avenue Southeast, 75th Avenue Southeast, 76th Avenue Southeast, 77th Avenue Southeast, 78th Avenue Southeast, 80th Avenue Southeast, 6th Street Southeast, 7th Street Southeast, 81st Avenue Southeast, 8th Street Southeast and 82nd Avenue Southeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Kensal Township, Courtenay, Durham Township and Edmunds Township. State Highway 9 is also known as 6th Street Southeast. This street is part of the highway "9". State Highway 9 also exists in Courtenay Township.
