Island Creek Road in Adams County is a local road (Road number C-3). It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Moores Run Road and crosses Pumpkin Ridge Road, Sherwood Road, Dark Hollow Road, Bat Roost Road, Bentonville Road, Toolmaker Road, Cemetery Road and Wayne Frye Drive and ends at 2nd Street. It connects Manchester Township, Monroe Township and Manchester. Island Creek Road is also known as County Road 3. This street is part of the Hiking trails ADT - Ohio D - Seg 8, Buckeye Trail (West Union) and North Country National Scenic Trail (OH).
