It runs in a north-south direction starting from North Broadway and crosses East Main Street, West Main Street, Eastwood Street, Park Street, Erie Street, Walnut Street, Tuttle Court, Pine Street, East Liberty Street, West Liberty Street and Leslie Street. It connects Harpersfield Township and Geneva. South Broadway is also known as State Route 534.
