South High Street in Brown County is a main road. It runs in a north-south direction starting from North High Street and crosses East Main Street, West Main Street, Hickory Alley, Water Street, Smith Avenue, Grant Avenue, North High Meadow Drive, Beacon Hill Drive, Carpenter Road, Liming Farm Drive and Tammera Lane. It connects Pike Township, Scott Township, Green Township, Georgetown and Pleasant Township. This street is part of the highways 68 and John Hunt Morgan Heritage Trail as well as the Hiking trails ADT - Ohio D - Seg 8, Buckeye Trail (West Union) and North Country National Scenic Trail (OH).
