It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Fairfield Township, Liberty Township and Lemon Township. Hamilton Middletown Road is also known as Wright Brothers Memorial Highway. This street is part of the highways 4 and Dixie Highway from Middletown to Hamilton (1918) as well as the Bicycle route "US:US 25".
