It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Miller Farm Run and crosses Mill Alley, Mill Street, Lock Street, Center Alley, Center Street, Crooked Alley, Point Street, Market Street and South Beaver Street and ends at Plum Road Northwest. It connects Bloom Township and Greenfield Township. High Street also exists in Pleasantville and Walnut Township.
