It runs in a northeast-southwest direction and crosses North Miami Avenue, Queen Street, John Street, Cincinnati Avenue, Industrial Boulevard, Hedges Road, Richland Road, Bellbrook Avenue, Old SR 725, Race Street, Maple Street and West Main Street.
